Experienced Project Manager with 20+ years information technology industry experience and career progression from Computer Machine Operator to Project Management. Experience with software development lifecycle, SDLC, using various structured methodologies (RUP, Agile, Waterfall, etc). Experience includes the development of Project Charters & Project Plans, gathering end-user requirements, managing project expenses, resource allocation, cost and schedule estimation, documentation development, test plan development and execution, project timeline tracking and risk identification. Technical experience includes 3rd party vendor integration, the use of project management tool MS Project, and the adoption of standard methodology principals provided by RUP and the traditional Waterfall Methodology. Experience includes managing and supporting software development projects involving 3rd party application, web development, Java/J2EE, WebSphere, Visual Basic, HTML, XML, Sybase, and MS Access. Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills as well as strong management, leadership and mentoring skills.
